Container Transports
We organise pre- and on-carriage between our container depot and ports, rail terminals, production sites, etc.
ANTECO has access to an extensive portfolio of transport equipment to transport your containers over short or long distances by road, rail or sea.
Maintenance & repair
Qualified service and repair work on the container is a prerequisite for operational equipment.
We organise maintenance and repair work on your containers and work together with competent and selected workshops.
The workshop service includes, on the one hand, the inspection of your containers, such as repeat inspections (2.5 and 5 annually) and CSC inspections as well as their preparation.
On the other hand, we offer testing and replacement of various components such as:
- Outlet, bottom valve and dome cover seals
- Safety and vacuum valves
- Bursting discs & pressure gauges
Further services are:
- Vacuum and pressure tests
- Container labelling
Cleaning
We organise the interior and exterior tank cleaning of your containers.
The portfolio includes the following cleaning services:
- Internal tank cleaning of food products
- Internal tank cleaning of chemical products (on request)
- Exterior cleaning
Heating & reefer station
We offer heating of your tank containers with electricity, hot water and steam. Heating can be used to maintain the required temperature of loaded tanks, to heat or reheat tanks, to reliquefy the tank contents for unloading or to preheat tanks for special loading processes, loads or locations.
We have various storage locations with electrical connections for cooling/heating your reefer, box and tank containers. The temperature curve is of course monitored and documented.
Tank container rental
We would be happy to organise tank containers for you to rent with a capacity of 24,000 to 35,000 litres. Just contact us!
Customs activities
We organise customs clearances as well as T1-creations and change of custodian for our customers.
